Shoulder Stripe

Waved Umber

Mullein

Speckled Wood

"Greenland" Wheatear

A pleasant warm sunny day which provided a couple of lepdopteran surprises. A Shoulder Stripe was in the trap this a.m. along with the usual culprits. This is a first for Flamborough, and long overdue. The second was finding a Puss Moth basking on the wall near the trap at 4.10pm this afternoon. Have also posted pics of Waved Umber and Mullein caught at Tony's.

Birdwise, plenty of the common summer visitors including a couple of Whinchats and an obliging Greenland Wheatear. (Like your Knot grass Mark). (mike)
